As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be the face of DreamLawn, serving as a dedicated property solutions consultant. This professional, client-facing role involves expertly delivering specialized fertilization, seeding, and essential weed control services. Location: Mission, KS (serving the Kansas City Metro) Salary: $17.50/hr - $25.00/hr total compensation What you’ll do: Consult & Educate: Engage directly with homeowners via on-site visits and phone consultations. You will educate them on our proprietary earth friendly system and best practices for long-term property health. Specialized Service Delivery: Apply advanced treatments and diagnostics to ensure the highest standards of lawn quality. Requirements What you’ll bring: While previous experience in lawn care or related outdoor fields is beneficial, specialized lawn care expertise is not mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be at least 21 years old (required to operate a company vehicle). Valid state-issued Driver's License and a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform consistent field work, including walking long distances in various weather conditions. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
