JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and possess the mechanical knowledge necessary to operate various power and hand tools effectively. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring that lawns and gardens are healthy, vibrant, and well-kept.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is required.
• A valid land exterminator license is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively use power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and techniques for optimal plant care.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work standards in all landscaping tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job duties.

• Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to maintain landscapes efficiently.
• Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees as needed.
• Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues that require attention.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscape projects in a timely manner.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
