Summer Season
Lawn Care Operations
Start May1st - November 15th 29 weeks
Full time hours Monday to Friday 35-42h weeks

Duties

• Running the lawn care crew
• Completing residential and commercial lawns
• Operating a Zero-Turn mower, push mowers and hand tools
• High attention to detail and care for company equipment
• Must be comfortable with backing up & driving a trailer.
• Completing work logs & equipment maintenance.

Winter Season
Snow plowing
Start November 15th- April 30th 23 weeks
Hours are dependent on weather. 12 Hour shift per snowfall plus following day 2-4 hour cleanup
Employees can expect 20 snowfalls alongside 20 next day clean ups.
~40 work days. Less than twice a week.

Duties

• Operate a pickup truck & snowplow to clear residential driveways and commercial parking
• Complete work logs & equipment maintenance
• High attention to detail & safety
• Following instructions on work list
• Next day 2-4 hour shift includes car wash equipment clearing city plow and other small tasks
