A Day in the Life of a Lawn & Garden Technician As a Lawn & Garden Technician, your day is spent diagnosing issues, making repairs, and performing maintenance that helps customers get the most out of their equipment. You may be working on riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, compact tractors, handheld equipment, or other turf and lawn & garden machines. One job may involve troubleshooting an engine issue, while the next is preventative maintenance or preparing equipment for the season ahead. You’ll work in a shop environment alongside a team of experienced technicians, using your skills and tools to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: do the job right and take care of the customer. Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on lawn, garden, and turf equipment including mowers and compact tractors. Maintain a safe work area and accurately complete digital work orders and technical documentation.
