Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Technician to join our team. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of power tools, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment necessary for lawn care
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
- Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, walkways, and retaining walls
- Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Dig trenches for irrigation lines or other landscaping projects
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides as needed
- Identify and address common lawn issues such as weeds, pests, or diseases
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of hand tools commonly used in landscaping projects
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
