About the role: We are seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and ensure efficient lawn maintenance. Strong leadership, landscaping knowledge, and commitment to quality service are essential. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the mowing team, ensuring adherence to schedules. Train crew members on mowing techniques, safety, and customer service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality landscaping. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and proper use of landscaping equipment. Communicate with clients, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships. Enforce safety guidelines for a secure work environment. Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary. Minimum 2 years in grounds maintenance with leadership experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship. Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to enforce them consistently. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
