JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Crew member to join our team on a part-time basis for the remainder of the season.
This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of residential and commercial outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of mechanical operation of lawn equipment, and a strong work ethic.
You will be responsible for various maintenance tasks that contribute to the overall aesthetic and operational efficiency of our properties.

REQUIREMENTS

• A valid drivers license and vehicle to get to and from work each day is required.
• A flexible schedule is required as this is a p/t position and days and hours of work will vary each week.
• Past work experience in lawn maintenance duties is an asset.
• Familiarity with operating self propelled lawn mowers and hand held trimmers is a plus.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical activity throughout the work day is essential.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, especially hot summer heat is a must.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and work as part of a team.
