Heritage and Company, Inc. is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Mowing Foreman to oversee our mowing crews and ensure exceptional lawn care service for our clients. This position is perfect for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working outside! Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of lawn maintenance crew members in mowing, trimming, and maintaining lawns. Assign daily tasks to crew members, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Ensure equipment maintenance and readiness for all mowing operations, including routine checks and minor repairs. Train team members on best practices for mowing techniques, safety, and client service. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of daily operations and work completed. Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate well with clients and crew members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical capability to perform outdoor labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
