JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for gardening and landscaping. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care supervision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and gardening techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites.

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In perso

• Supervise and coordinate lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and irrigation techniques.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal care of gardens and lawns.
• Monitor the health of plants and lawns, making recommendations for improvements or treatments as necessary.
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in building new garden features or enhancements as required by clients.
