Requirements What You'll Bring: Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application (only if you are assigned as a driver) Two Years Lawn Maintenance experience. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Ability to deliver quality work on a consistent basis. Accountability and a strong work ethic. Previous lawn maintenance experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure. Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route. Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round. English speaking is preferred but not required. Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures. What You'll Do: Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner. Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer. Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader. Become familiar with customers’ expectations and service contracts. Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
