Learn more about us: LawnRangerNoVA.com Position Overview As a Lawn Services Technician, you will: Drive a company truck to residential and small commercial job sites Work independently or with a crew partner Operate professional lawn equipment safely and efficiently Deliver consistent, high-quality mowing and lawn services Represent the Lawn Ranger brand with professionalism and courtesy We are not “a guy with a mower.” We are building a disciplined, reliable, customer-focused operation. Core Responsibilities Operate walk-behind mower, push mower, edger, string trimmer, and blower Ability to drive manual (stick shift) transmission Perform weekly and bi-weekly mowing services Maintain sharp striping, clean edges, and professional presentation Perform minor equipment maintenance: Blade sharpening and replacement Oil changes Basic small engine upkeep Maintain a clean and organized shop and truck Respect company equipment and property Maintain professional communication with customers On rain days or schedule gaps, technicians will assist with local marketing efforts (door hanger distribution and neighborhood outreach).
