Responsibilities include but are not limited to all aspects of the lawn business which include service goals, customer service, producing revenue across all service lines, quality assurance, safety awareness, and compliance along with completing Technician audits. Please SUBSCRIBE TO TEXT MESSAGING to receive interview details Essential Functions: Service customers within all service lines within the lawn business Respond to elevated customer concerns and reviews Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training through the season Control inventory process to the required margins Sell additional services based on specific customer needs throughout the season Assist with scheduling work as needed Keep equipment, vehicles, and building clean at all times Maintain service calls to the required 48-72 hours as outlined in the Production Manuel Visit other locations within Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions and assist with training, production, and customer complaints, etc., as needed Communicate on a weekly basis with Operations Managers on any service-related issues with technicians and customers Provide a professional image at all times with every customer and employee Must wear company provided uniform at all times Must check and attempt to resolve all call logs Weekly maintenance and thorough cleaning of all equipment, vehicles, and building Oversee an efficient check-in process at the end of the workday Open branch each day and assist in getting lawn technicians on the road each morning. Saturdays are an essential job function and are periodically required based on seasonality and specific needs of the business. Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: A qualified Service Manager should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of service delivery experience, preferably within the lawn service industry Skill: General office computer skills will be needed (i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word). Must have and maintain a clean driving record, must be able to pass DOT Physical and maintain Medical Examiner's Certificate.
