Description We are looking for problem-solvers who enjoy working independently and like being outdoors. You’ll develop long-lasting relationships with your customers and will become the neighborhood pest expert. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Perform lawncare tasks such as fertilizing, along with other lawncare products Help grow your route by informing customers about our services Driving to house to house to complete daily route Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and work area Requirements Must have a valid driver's license Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients Working Conditions Work outdoors for long periods of time Ability to bend and crawl Ability to life up to 50 lbs. This role pays $20 per hour with the potential to earn more based on production and commission.
