JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced litigation lawyer with significant expertise in foreclosure and commercial litigation to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for providing exceptional legal services. As a Lawyer, you will represent clients in various legal matters, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating on their behalf. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

EXPERIENCE

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Must hold a valid license to practice law in British Columbia and be in good standing with the Law Society of BC
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in foreclosure and commercial litigation.
  • Proven track record of courtroom advocacy, including at least 2 full trials as lead or co-counsel.
  • Strong drafting skills, particularly in pleadings and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage files at a high level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze legal issues with accuracy and sound judgment
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $150,000.00-$230,000.00 per year
