KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–4 years of post-bar experience (PQE) – candidates with more senior experience and In-house legal counsels transitioning to private practice are also welcome
• Relevant experience in the life sciences and/or healthcare industry
• Strong background in pharmaceutical regulatory and commercial law(e.g. review of distribution agreements, promotional agreements, HCP templates, etc.)
• Business-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative international team
• Flexible and open to exploring new legal areas within a dynamic environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (A STRONG ADVANTAGE, NOT A REQUIREMENT):

• Knowledge of public procurement procedures, particularly those involving the pharma sector
• Experience in sanctions and trade compliance for multinational clients is also highly valued.
• German language skills
