Carbone Lawyers is seeking a dedicated Lawyer to join our team within the Personal Injury Law department. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our reputable legal practice in our newest branch in the eastern suburbs as we continue to expand. As a Lawyer at Carbone Lawyers, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases
  • Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to resolution
  • Conducting legal research and preparing relevant documentation for court proceedings and negotiations
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as medical professionals and insurance companies, to build strong cases for clients
  • Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences on behalf of clients
  • Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and case law related to personal injury claims

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate
  • Demonstrable experience in personal injury law
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
