Turks are looking for a capable Lawyer (1-2 PAE) to join our high performing and successful Commercial team in Brisbane.
The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, associates and clients, taking a focus on commercial litigation.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • a current Practicing Certificate;
  • a minimum of 1-2 years’ PAE in commercial litigation; and
  • excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.

In addition, you will:

  • be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
  • have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
  • have a desire for personal development.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Working on a diverse range of complex commercial litigation matters (Disputes, debt recovery, trade credit and general commercial litigation)
  • Have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and
  • Appear in various courts and tribunals .
