ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Law Lawyer with litigation experience to join our team. You will manage a diverse family law caseload, represent clients in complex legal matters, mentoring junior and graduate lawyers and contribute to the continued success and growth of the firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a broad caseload of Commercial law matters including mediation and negotiations.
• Provide strategic legal advice and risk management support to clients.
• Draft legal documentation including agreement and deeds, brief, affidavits, and court submissions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Mentor junior lawyers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Support the firm’s business development initiatives and help build client relationships.
