FULL-TIME, PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proficient individual to join Talbots as Commercial Property Lawyer. To be successful, you will have a minimum of 2 years qualified experience.
As Lawyer within Commercial Property, you will be expected to build and manage a caseload, advising clients on a full range of commercial property matters including, freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales, new leases and lease renewals and re-mortgages.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property, with 2 years post qualified work experience.
  • Competent of working independently within in a fast paced environment.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Commercial Property transaction process.
  • Be detail-driven, have excellent communication skills and be a motivated & organised team-player.

    Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
