EXPERIENCE

Our ideal candidate will be a driven and enthusiastic lawyer with three to five years post-admission experience. You will have a strong background advising listed clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a genuine desire to advance your career in this space.

We are currently seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join our team in Brisbane.
Working closely with the team’s energetic and highly respected partners, you will advise clients across a broad array of issues related to corporate and securities law, including public and private capital raisings, regulated mergers and takeovers, corporate acquisitions and divestments, corporate restructuring, employee incentive schemes, regulatory requirements, private equity, venture capital investments and general corporate advice.
You will act for a diverse client base which includes multinational corporations, ASX-listed companies and early-stage businesses with high growth potential, spanning technology, telecommunications, life sciences, financial services, resources and renewables, health, pharmaceutical technology and not-for-profit sectors.
