THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an exceptional graduate-2 PQE Lawyer to join our highly successful and growing Corporate Immigration practice group. You will work alongside a team of exceptional lawyers to deliver quality work and a superior experience to every client you interact with. We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including global mobility, employer sponsored scheme, sponsorship compliance, labour agreement requests and managing their migrant workforce.
This position is ideal for a junior lawyer with solid employer sponsorship experience (subclass 482, 494, 407 and 186). You should have experience in (or want to learn about) labour agreements and sponsorship compliance (ABF investigations, NOITTAs), merits and judicial review, and complex matters pertaining to character and health requirements. You should be competent in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients.
