FULL-TIME, PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced individual to join Talbots as a Lawyer within the Court of Protection Department. To be successful, you will have at least 2 years’ experience of managing a variety caseload specialising within Court of Protection matters.
As a Lawyer will be expected to provide excellent client service whilst undertaking a full range of Court of Protection work and assisting with the training and development of the Court of Protection team. This will include involvement with business development activities.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • At least 2 years’ experience of working as Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience of working in a similar role within a Court of Protection Department.
  • Working competency of a range of issues in the Court of Protection and Office of the Public Guardian.
  • To be passionate about giving outstanding client care to both clients and referrals and have excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge on how to use case management systems and Microsoft Office application, and capable of working and supporting a team.

    Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
