QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of legal experience in the UAE (real estate law preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and contract law.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Advise on UAE property laws, ownership structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and process legal documentation for property registration, transfers, and compliance.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes in the UAE and adjust company processes accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets legal standards.
