JOB SUMMARY:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and a valid law license.
• Proven experience as a Lawyer or Legal Counsel.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and case law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Specialization in a specific area of law (e.g., corporate, criminal, family, real estate).
• Experience in litigation and legal drafting.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
