As a Lawyer, you will build strong relationships across the Financial Markets business and support functions to understand strategic priorities and identify emerging legal and regulatory risks. You will provide expert advice on financial products and services, including new product structuring, regulatory and prudential compliance, and broader business considerations. Additionally, your role will include the drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documentation such as terms and conditions, trade confirmations, and financial markets agreements. You will also contribute to product and business reviews, ensuring legal input is provided early and effectively. In managing external counsel, you will oversee engagement and drive cost‑efficient, high‑quality outcomes for the organisation. What do I need? Admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW Minimum 4 years PQE experience in private practice or supporting a financial markets/ financial services business Experience with financial markets regulation and/or financial markets documentation Excellent commercial acumen, problem solving, decision making and judgement Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with key internal stakeholders Experience in global derivative regulations highly regarded Why join us?
