Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lawyer with minimum 2 years of proven experience practicing in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UAE laws, regulations, and procedures, and the ability to deliver accurate legal guidance to both corporate and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on UAE civil, commercial, and corporate laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent clients before UAE courts and government authorities when required.
• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations affecting the business and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements across all business operations.
• Liaise with government departments, freezones, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience practicing law in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE legislation, court procedures, and government processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Licensed to practice law in the UAE (advantage if registered with local courts).
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases with precision.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in corporate, commercial, and business setup-related legal work.
• Bilingual (Arabic-English).
