About the team and the work We help individuals and organisations manage business, workplace, compensation and health and safety claims and disputes, including the bringing or defending of claims in Court and resolving matters in alternative ways such as negotiation and mediation. An opportunity has become available for a self-motivated, conscientious, and diligent Lawyer to join our law firm in Darwin, Northern Territory. With a service orientated approach, you will prioritise and support the needs of our business and clients. In this role as a Litigation Lawyer, you will help individuals and organisations with skilled and insightful advice to help them navigate the legal and factual complexity of their issue and identify the best practical outcome and how to achieve it.
