Your mission Advising international clients on all aspects of German labor law, including employment contracts, terminations, collective agreements, and compliance with EU regulations. Supporting international clients to apply for a German labor leasing license (AüG license) Supporting payroll and HR processes, such as ensuring compliance with social security and tax law in the DACH region. Drafting legal opinions, contracts, and processes for market entry and company formations (e.g., GmbH setup). Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in Accounting, Payroll, and Business Administration. Support of our internal HR team with employee-related topics For Partner-level entry: Leadership responsibilities, client acquisition, and strategic development of the legal department. Your profile Completed degree in law with a focus on labor law; completed legal traineeship (Referendariat) and admission as a lawyer (m/f/d) is advantageous. Junior Level: Initial practical experience (e.g., through internships or traineeship) in labor law; ideally, knowledge of international contexts. Partner Level: Several years of professional experience as a lawyer in labor law, preferably in a consulting firm or law firm; leadership and client acquisition experience desirable. In-depth knowledge of German labor law, including social security and EU law. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and affinity for digital tools. Why us?
