ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer, Associate, or Senior Associate to join our New Client Legal Team in Melbourne. This role is perfect for a people-focused professional who thrives on client interaction, enjoys clearly explaining legal matters, and takes pride in guiding clients through their options—without the demands of traditional practice management or litigation.
If you have proven experience in WorkCover or Road/TAC, a strong understanding of the law, and the confidence to make independent legal decisions, you’ll excel in this position.
This role is also well suited to those who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, client-facing environments and are passionate about delivering practical, outcome-focused legal advice. A commitment to continuous improvement, client experience, and access to justice is essential.
