THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1+ years of Post Admission Experience (PAE): You should have a solid foundation of legal practice and experience
• Specialized Experience in Personal Injuries: We are looking for someone who has worked within a personal injuries’ environment, with a background in handling road, work, or public liability matters.
• Team Collaboration: The ability to work effectively within a team is crucial. You should be adept at collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Proactive File Management: Demonstrated experience in taking a proactive approach to managing files is essential. You should be able to handle cases efficiently and anticipate potential issues before they arise.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. You should have a proven track record of providing high-level client service and maintaining positive client relationships.
