Supporting a team of seven qualified Senior Lawyers, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of legal areas including Health & Safety, Contracts, Construction, Regulatory, Property and HR. Responsibilities will include:

• Provide expert, relevant and risk-based legal advice across a wide range of complex, high-profile and strategically significant matters to the Board, and Executive Leadership Team
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate legal and reputational risks in relation to strategic matters including contracts, regulatory compliance and governance
• Proactively maintain awareness of evolving business needs, with a deep commercial understanding of the business operations, objectives and strategic drivers to anticipate potential legal needs and risks
• Advise on corporate governance obligations to ensure best practice and legal compliance
