Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our OL/PL department. We would expect the successful candidates to be either one year plus PQE/Cilex or alternatively qualified by experience. Tenacity, ability, and enthusiasm are more important than qualification. The role will be to manage your own caseload of predominately pre and post issue fast track OL/PL cases.
We have high quality non-CMC sources for all our work, ensuring that our lawyers only deal with genuine cases.
We offer a generous commission structure, where all our lawyer, get a percentage of every case they win. With no hurdles, and no caps, you are rewarded for the success of every case you bring to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients.

Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.

  • Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary.

  • Working in a target driven, fast paced environment.


  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases.

  • Keeping up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
