    Bell Gully’s market leading Banking and Finance team is looking for lawyers to join its Auckland office. You will join a team that is known for its commercial approach, with specialist expertise in acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance, structured lending, securitisation, derivatives, project finance, infrastructure finance, debt capital markets, insolvency and debt restructuring.
    The team advises leading financial sponsors, banks, non-bank lenders, and investment banks, together with major domestic and international corporates across a range of industries. All of our partners have practised in either Europe or New York.

Experience and qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years of banking and finance private practice experience.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
