Description

Role Description: Provide general legal support covering all business teams activities (manufacturing, operations, sales, business development, procurement, project execution, project finance, joint ventures, technology related transactions, investments, etc.), including performance of a wide variety of legal work, such as contract review, provision of general legal advice, etc. Requirements: Law degree; LLM degree - advantage Israel Bar Association license Relevant work experience (3 to 5 years), including in the energy industry Full command of English and Hebrew as working languages; knowledge of other language(s) - advantage Good inter-personal and communication skills Team-player Analytical, detail-oriented Multi-tasking capabilities - ability to manage and prioritize Organized, responsible, and highly motivated Ability to integrate into a global organization / multicultural environment Highest standards of integrity Ability to travel, if and as required
