ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key advisor on the real estate legal requirements for Australia’s and Asia-Pacific’s largest property portfolios and infrastructure projects.
Working closely with multiple Partners, you will support with the provision of front-end legal services to our Real Estate & Projects clients and will have the opportunity to manage matters relating to acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, and environment and planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• End to end file management of real estate and project matters including leasing and non-complex contracts of sale
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on relevant documents
• Due diligence on large acquisitions or real estate merger and acquisition transactions
• Research and draft advices
• Coach and mentor seasonal clerks and graduates
