Due to further growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to Associate to join our Government Public & Regulatory team in Brisbane or Perth working with Ben Dubé and Matthew Hawker. About the team and the work The team has grown from strength to strength and is now one of the largest and most highly regarded Government teams in the country. Acting for a diverse range of Commonwealth clients, the team advise on complex and challenging administrative and regulatory matters. You will have the opportunity to be involved in regular advocacy work in Federal Courts and the Administrative Review Tribunal. The team assists with some of the highest profile, sensitive and strategic matters, working with leading experts in the field. You will receive excellent training and mentorship as it is the team's culture to develop the practice of individual lawyers according to their personal aspirations and interests. About you Must have at least 12 months experience in a well-regarded litigation practice, ideally in administrative / public law with merits review, judicial review, or regulatory law exposure. The successful candidate will have a solid grounding and demonstrated interest in administrative law. Ideally you will have advocacy experience in Tribunals and / or Federal Courts.
