Job Requirements
You will join a diversified practice that will allow you to manage a variety of civil law cases, particularly those involving latent defects, contractual disputes, and civil liability. You will represent a clientele of individuals and SMEs before Quebec’s courts, while collaborating with our team to develop effective legal strategies.
This position will also offer you the opportunity to develop your expertise in challenging related areas such as business law, incorporation, shareholder agreements, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience practicing civil law
  • Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec
  • Strong client dedication with organizational skills and motivation
  • Proven reliability and professionalism
  • Interest in learning opportunities and legal challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork

Preferred assets:

  • Fluency in English (diverse clientele)
