Your daily tasks:

  • Drafting commissioned contracts, corporate documents, legal opinions, regulations, and other documents;
  • Giving legal opinions on contracts, regulations, resolutions, and other documents;
  • Drafting letters in response to correspondence;
  • Participating in contract negotiations with contractors;
  • Providing legal supervision of internal projects.;
  • Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights;
  • Collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial regulations and laws in all operational territories.

Requirements:

  • Completed law degree;
  • Knowledge of law in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology;
  • Professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus;
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently;
  • Good command of English and Polish - minimum C1 (both spoken and written);
  • Commitment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks:

  • Giving legal opinions on contracts, regulations, resolutions, and other documents;

  • Participating in contract negotiations with contractors;

  • Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights;
  • Collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial regulations and laws in all operational territories

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller in respect of the data collected from you during the recruitment process in relation to verifying your skills and abilities needed for the position advertised (based on the controller’s legitimate interest - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - for the time necessary to carry out the recruitment process, but no longer than 3 months after the decision to employ the candidate has been made;
  • in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller in the event of a legal need to establish facts, to prove the fulfilment of obligations (based on the legitimate interest of the controller - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - for the period of time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purpose on the basis of the applicable legal provisions;
  • in order to carry out future recruitment processes, on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data provided in your CV, form, cover letter and other documents (on the basis of consent - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - for a period of 12 months
