Job Description Our tendering layout engineer is responsible for developing the conceptual layout for the entire plant during the proposal phase of large Renewable Gas anaerobic Digestion EPC projects globally: · Builds the 3D model and collaborate in the preparation of overall plant concepts (process integration, maintenance, traffic management, escape routes, etc.) · Optimizes the arrangement to ensure a cost competitive offering and coordinating interfaces with the various disciplines (process engineering, electrical & control, civil foundations & steel structures, construction, procurement, logistics, etc.) · Reviews contract specifications, identifies project risks and opportunities, participates to layout reviews, technical clarifications and negotiations with customers and partners · Prepares planning documents, layout drawings and provides civil and construction data · Handover to project execution team · Actively participates in maintaining tendering know-how, tools, guidelines, and seeks to implement lessons learned from executed projects Qualifications · 3+ years’ experience as layout engineer in an international EPC environment (energy, renewables, oil & gas) · Solid project execution or tendering background with knowledge in process equipment layout, piping layout, steel structure and civil design, and good understanding of technical cost drivers · User know-how of engineering tools such as E3D, Navisworks and Autocad · Deep understanding of 2D and 3D CAD modeling and awareness of BIM methodology · Autonomous, proactive, curious, flexible and team-oriented personality · Fluent in English, any other language(s) welcomed Additional Information Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines Excellent employment conditions Attractive working place (central, good transport links) Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
