Position Overview The LCDC-I will support our clinical team by helping deliver high-quality programming designed to guide teens toward recovery, emotional growth, and healthy decision-making. You will play a hands-on role in group therapy, life-skills programming, and daily therapeutic activities, ensuring every student feels supported, valued, and safe. Key Responsibilities Assist licensed therapists in facilitating group therapy sessions for teens. Lead or co-lead programming activities, including psychoeducational groups, recovery skills, and faith-driven discussions (as appropriate). Engage youth in structured activities designed to build coping skills, communication, healthy relationships, and resilience. Support daily routines and ensure a therapeutic environment grounded in our core values. Document participation, progress, and behavioral observations in accordance with program standards. Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating professionalism, compassion, emotional maturity, and spiritual integrity. Collaborate with the treatment team to enhance program quality and outcomes. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and development consistent with LCDC-I requirements. Requirements Qualifications Active LCDC-I license (or eligibility for intern status).
