We provide business intelligence with a strong focus on cost and value engineering, and we lead initiatives that turn LCoE reduction concepts into practical technical and commercial solutions. By doing so, we help maximize the profitability of our development portfolio. Together with our colleagues across the Business Unit, our team plays a key role in ensuring that we reach our very ambitious LCoE reduction targets. The new LCoE Program Manager will strengthen our LCoE reduction function and be responsible for driving the LCoE reduction initiatives in programs. As an LCoE Program Manager, you have the following key responsibilities: Structure your programmes and get buy-in from internal and external stakeholders to commit resources to execute your program’s agenda Drive the development of new initiatives from ideation to commercialization Keep oversight of all product development initiatives in your program including budget and resource responsibilities Communicate with line organization and senior management on progress and issues Ensure continuous engagement and focus of all members of your project teams Align with asset development teams to ensure your program’s solutions are implemented into the wind farm development portfolio Participate in the development of the team and department strategy Participate in the personal and professional development of your colleagues Limited business travel within northwest Europe will be required in this role. Kravspecifikation Education at Masters level in a relevant field (i.e; STEM, finance, IT), a PhD is a plus. Proven experience as a Program, Project or Product Manager, or willingness and drive to learn and grow into this responsibility Engineering or business background with proven technical and innovation experience Experience from revenue management, financial modelling, asset management is a plus Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus, but we will consider experience from related sectors Working knowledge of IT systems, data analysis, and performance or operation metrics Fluency in English, both spoken and written You combine analytical thinking with problem-solving skills, making sense of complex and sometimes conflicting information to effectively solve problems. You can handle uncertainty by operating effectively, even when the way forward is not all clear. Your knowledge of business and the marketplace helps you align decisions with organizational goals, while your structured approach ensures priorities are met. You are collaborative and an effective communicator, which allows you to effectively build partnerships with others and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different stakeholders.
