This is a Full Time Role with a Salary of Between $85k and $90k, Plus Full Benefits. In Addition to a Competitive Salary, We Offer You: Choice of several health insurance plans 401(k) with company match Voluntary Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance Paid time off (PTO) Teladoc for Immediate Care (when enrolled in a health plan) Health Savings Account (HSA)(when enrolled in a health care plan) Opportunity for Advancement Responsibilities of the LCPC/LCSW - Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA)/Clinical Director: Direct overall facility clinical operations Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, including MHPs, QMHPs, CRSSs, and RSAs Oversight of the implementation of treatment programs Develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to improve the delivery of care Oversee the assessment of all potential residents Provide clinical case supervision of all treatment personnel Develop and coordinate educational in-services Coordinate referrals of residents to services the facility does not provide Ensure adherence to Joint Commission and Illinois Department of Public Health, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and any other applicable standards. Requirements of the LCPC/LCSW - Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA)/Clinical Director: Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.) We will also consider qualified LSWs or LPCs with CLINICAL LICENSE PENDING At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders Experience with evidence based treatment modalities including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma informed care Serve as a member of the leadership team Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority Excellent communication and relationship building skills Albany Care is a 24-hour facility dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by chronic psychiatric disorders.
