JOB OVERVIEW
We are a Commercial Construction General Contractor seeking a detail-oriented and organized LCPtracker Certified Payroll & Subcontractor Compliance Administrator to support our compliance and project operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all subcontractors are fully qualified and authorized to work on-site by verifying licensing, insurance, and documentation, as well as overseeing the collection and review of certified payroll reports. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with prevailing wage laws, certified payroll requirements, and subcontractor onboarding for public works construction projects.
The ideal candidate is familiar with construction compliance requirements (including DIR and DAS140 submissions), has experience working with systems such as LCP Tracker, and is comfortable communicating with subcontractors to ensure full adherence to project and regulatory requirements.
This role does not involve internal payroll processing. Instead, it focuses on labor compliance, with specific responsibility for managing subcontractor documentation, certified payroll review, and oversight of all public works labor requirements using LCPtracker.
