The Clinical Supervisor will provide weekly supervision to clinical staff; offer guidance to direct care staff, manage crisis intervention and emergencies; ensure adherence to professional standards and policies; provide quality assurance through chart review; facilitate peer review and related activities to ensure the quality of services; oversee charting and documentation to ensure that clients meet necessary criteria for services, and provide clinical supervision for Master’s Level and Provisionally licensed interns.

Responsibilities:

• Having regular meetings with the governing board, department heads, and practitioners.
• Overseeing and reviewing practitioners’ work procedures.
• Counseling, motivating, and disciplining practitioners, and referring advanced issues toupper management.
• Conducting performance reviews.
• Ensuring practitioners comply with licensure and registration requirements.
• Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation.
• Assisting practitioners by supervising complex cases.
• Enhancing operations by providing sufficient staffing and adequate access to services.
• Developing programs and ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.Qualifications:
• Must possess an LCSW in good-standing, licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, and certification to be a clinical supervisor
• 2-5 years minimum of experience as a clinical therapist
• Passion for therapy and clinical work
• Open to professional and personal growth
