We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support patients and families in hospice care across the Greenbelt, MD area. This Full-Time role offers flexibility and meaningful work in a supportive environment. The Hospice Social Worker provides a wide variety of services to patients/caregivers/families in accordance with the individualized plan of care. The Social Worker actively participates in coordination of all aspects of the patient’s care in accordance with current professional standards and practice. The Social Worker’s expertise lies in identifying and addressing the emotional and biopsychosocial needs in advanced illness at end of life. Compensation Pay Range: $66,064.10 - $99,096.71 This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy. Our care for children with life-limiting disease is one of the largest on the East Coast. Additional services focus on the special care needs of veterans, those with heart failure, end-stage lung disease, and grief support. Approximately $3 million annually funds care for those who lack coverage or the necessary financial resources for services. Responsibilities
