We are currently seeking experienced Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs) to support our expanding projects across the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain lane closures, signs, cones, and barricades
  • Coordinate traffic movement and ensure pedestrian and driver safety
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew
  • Ensure compliance with approved traffic management plans
  • Complete daily barricade and compliance reports
  • Provide on-site guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Maintain a safe, organized work zone
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Collaborate with construction teams to facilitate smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Protect the safety of the crew and the public by directing motor/pedestrian traffic
