Title: LCV APS-2 Germany: Project Document Specialist (Data Entry Operator) Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Job Summary As a Project Document Specialist (Data Entry Operator), you will support Army maintenance and supply operations by accurately entering, updating, and managing data in logistics and maintenance management systems. This role ensures timely and precise documentation of equipment status, parts inventory, and work orders to maintain mission readiness and compliance with Army standards. Roles and Responsibilities Enter and update maintenance records, supply transactions, and equipment data in Army systems (e.g., GCSS-Army). Verify accuracy of data related to vehicle repairs, parts requisitions, and inventory levels. Generate reports for maintenance schedules, supply chain tracking, and readiness status. Perform quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies in records. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive military information. Collaborate with maintenance teams and supply personnel to ensure timely data processing. Assist in audits and compliance reviews for maintenance and supply documentation. Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Experience with Army logistics systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, SAMS-E). Knowledge of Army maintenance and supply procedures. Prior military or defense contractor experience. Familiarity with inventory control and work order management. Strong organizational and communication skills. High school diploma or GED. 2–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
