Overview •Lead China Foods DC and Customer Transportation team to deliver sustainable winning performance in customer order fulfilment and move cost optimization, to fuel long term business success in both topline and bottom line. •Lead “Logistics of the Future” transformation in aspects of network evolution, infrastructure modernization, and digital / AI expansion to fortify Pepsico supply chain’s competitive edge. •Build a future-ready DC and Customer Transportation winning team with strong growth mindset and compliance foundation. Responsibilities •Design and Optimize DC network to continuously empower GtM transformation and Move cost optimization. •Manage daily DC operation and customer transportation to deliver service excellence esp. for CNY peak season. •Conduct loss analysis and lead saving projects execution to deliver annual productivity targets •Partner with GP to land 3PL sourcing strategy and to sustain great collaboration at vendor level and site level. •Accelerate digital and automation transformation in DC and customer transportation to continuously unlock logistics agility and efficiency. •Drive Farm-to-Shelf E2E synchronization to yield advantaged fulfilment model with best efficiency and least waste. •Develop a customer and consumer oriented, growth minded learning team for China Foods DC and customer transportation •Role model and nurture robust culture in HSE/Quality/Foods Safety/Control & Compliance, and drive the best OHS engagement Qualifications •Bachelor or above education •More than 10 years supply chain working experience with solid people leader role in profile, logistics positions preferred •Candidate with FMCG industry especially food and beverage background is favorable •Strong leadership in both results delivery and people development •Proven track record in digital or automation transformation •Good interpersonal skills and communication •Data savvy and strong analytical skill •Possess high personal integrity and standards •Be able to work under high pressure and ambiguity •Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking
