We do not discriminate on the basis of age, pregnancy or marital/civil partnerships, religion or belief, gender, disability and we are Mowaamah -GOLD certified in Saudi.” Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: https://stories.pepsicojobs.com Overview Supervise the overall functions of the Warehouse and ensure it is well equipped with resources with competent manpower and well maintained equipment to provide services to Sales and to be coordination point between all departments and warehouse personnel Responsibilities •Issue accurate reports on slow / Non-moving inventories and ensure it is issued according to FEFO guidelines or to an agreed liquidation plan. • Follow-up on Pending Orders for shipments for all regions and channels. • Ensure all the daily and monthly reports including KPI / RC / Stands are issued accurately and in time. • Follow-up on the shift / warehouse activities if it is followed according the procedure and company's policies. • Convey all information of new SKU to Store man, Dispatch Clerks and Forklift operators. • Track KPI reports and reason out any deviation from the targets and take appropriate measures to avoid errors. • Ensure all work equipment is used in proper manner and follow up with Fleet for maintenance schedule. • Track freshness of products by making sure that all FEFO procedures are followed by scrapping QA refection / on line rejection and expired production in time and with proper documentation. • Follow-up on the Inventory process tracking, physical count and reporting of inventory variance and stock updating. • Ensure all Food Safety standards are followed by regular checks, coordinating with Pest control companies / Food Safety Supervisors. • Stock in Transit should be monitored regularly and cleared in coordination with receiving Plant /DC. • Check RC received from RSR and approve the down grade quantity by signing it. • All Incidents should be reported in time and with correct documentation. • To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved. Qualifications Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in FMCG business. Additional experience in a Food manufacturing based organization, allowing the candidate to apply solutions across the whole supply chain is an advantage • Holding a degree in Commerce, Finance or Technical studies. • Qualification in supply chain / warehousing management • A self-motivated person with the ability to identify, initiate and implement corrective actions. • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical skills. • Apply flexible thinking while problem solving in a systematic manner. • Broad planning and cross-functional understanding. • Good English (spoken and written) is a must.
