We are seeking service staff to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests at "Le Petit Chef" at the ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo. This restaurant offers a unique culinary journey featuring cutting-edge 3D technology and exquisite cuisine. https://lepetitchef.com/tokyo?lang=EN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Cleanliness / Maintenance: Understand the HACCP records and section cleanling schedule, support managing them on daily basis. Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of stations, menus and table setups. Guest & Staff Safety: Ensure to get training of property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures, update knowledge once a year. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers. GUEST EXPERIENCE Guest Management: Deliver service standards in line with InterContinental Global Etiquette. Ensure restaurant operating equipment are clean and in working order. Ensure restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that tables are ready in line with SOPs. Preparing for service by ensuring that equipment, glassware, buffet service stations, service stations and table setups are in place and cleaned. Upsell beverages and converse with guests on recommendations for food and beverage at outlet. Always Show The Way by offering personalized service and going the extra mile for guests where appropriate.
